Twelve-month warranty
Every Nulgrad bottle is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects — a display that stops reading, a vacuum seal that fails, a thread that strips under normal use.
What is covered
- LED display that fails to wake, or reads wildly wrong with a fresh cell
- Loss of insulation performance under normal, sealed use
- Threads, seals, or the tea filter failing in ordinary use
What is not covered
- Water damage to the display cap from submersion or dishwashing
- Cosmetic wear — scratches and coating marks from bags and desks
- Dents from being dropped
- A flat coin cell, which is a consumable you replace yourself
Your statutory rights come first
This warranty sits on top of the two-year right to complain (reklamationsret) that Danish law gives you. Nothing here limits that.
Making a claim
Email Nulgrad.com@gmail.com with your order number and a short description. A photo or short video of the fault usually settles it in one message. We repair, replace, or refund.
