TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is free on orders over 399 kr.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable or if a price was listed in obvious error.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See Returns and refunds.

6.  Right to complain

You have a two-year right to complain about defects under Danish law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.

8. Governing law

Danish law applies. Disputes may be brought before the Danish courts or the Centre for Complaint Resolution.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
