SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Costs

Standard shipping is charged at checkout. Free on all orders over 399 kr.

Timing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Delivery typically takes 12–20 business days after dispatch.

We ship directly from our manufacturing partner rather than from a European warehouse. That is why delivery is measured in weeks rather than days, and it is why the bottle costs 329 kr rather than what a stocked retailer would need to charge. We would rather be plain about this than bury it in the small print.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Where we ship

Denmark and the rest of the EU. Duties and VAT are handled at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

If your parcel is late

If 30 business days pass with no delivery, email us and we will either resend the order or refund you in full. Your choice.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you have covered the second shipment.
