Thirty days from delivery, full refund, used is fine. We would rather know it did not suit you.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, with no reason required. Our 30-day policy is offered on top of that statutory right and does not replace or reduce it.

How to return something

1. Email Nulgrad.com@gmail.com with your order number and say you would like to return.

2. We send you a return address and instructions within one business day.

3. Post the item back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.

4. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty or wrong items

If the bottle arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover return postage and either replace it or refund you in full. Send a photo with your email and we can usually skip the return entirely.

What we cannot refund

Damage caused by putting the display cap in a dishwasher or submerging it in water.
