How do I replace the battery?
Unscrew the display cap and open the compartment on the underside. It takes a standard coin cell — swap it and screw the cap back on. No tools, no charging cable.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Hand wash the body and the tea filter. The display cap must never be submerged or run through a machine — wipe it with a damp cloth. Water inside the cap will kill the sensor and isn't covered by warranty.
Does the display show Fahrenheit?
The lid reads in Celsius only. For reference: 60°C is about 140°F, 95°C is about 203°F.
Is it reading the water or the lid?
The sensor sits on the inner face of the cap, in contact with the air and steam directly above your drink. After a big temperature change give it a moment to settle, then it lands within about a degree.
How long does it keep things hot or cold?
Roughly 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold when sealed and full at normal room temperature. Half-full bottles and frequent opening cut that down — that's physics, not a defect.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Denmark typically takes 12–20 business days because it ships directly from our manufacturing partner. You get tracking by email once it leaves.
Why does delivery take so long?
Because we don't hold stock in Europe. That's what keeps the bottle at 329 kr. We think that's a fair trade, but we'd rather you know before you order than after.

Yes, across the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout and free over 399 kr.
