Your right to complain

Danish law gives you a two-year right to complain (reklamationsret) about defects present at the time of delivery. This applies regardless of our returns policy.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may take it to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
